Sittab was founded in 1991 and is today a world leader in developing, manufacturing and selling seat accessories in standard or customised versions for operator-controlled machines. Sittab is based in Gustafs outside Borlänge with 38 employees and a turnover of SEK 125m, but also has subsidiaries in India, China and the USA. In total, we have about 65 employees and a turnover of SEK 170m.
Our products are now sold worldwide, with Europe and the USA as our main markets.
As a sales representative with us, you will work with sales of products and complete solutions, primarily to vehicle manufacturers in large parts of Europe, but mainly in Sweden and Finland. You will work both independently and in collaboration with others to plan the work towards set goals. The work includes both processing new customers as well as taking care of existing ones. You act proactively towards the market and are able to follow both short and long sales cycles. You are responsible for your region with targeted activities and usually plan your own travel. The position involves 50-70 travel days per year.
You have previous experience in travel sales and a genuine interest in doing business. You thrive in an international environment and have strong personal drive and interpersonal skills. In addition, if you have experience in sales in a similar industry and knowledge of mechanics, this is highly desirable. Finally, you must have a driving licence and be fluent in written and spoken English.
Additional language skills are a great advantage.
